Video tutorials are one of the best way to learn about makeup. So try watching video tutorials on YouTube about how to apply eye makeup properly. There are many helpful videos out there for beginners to pro. There are also tutorials on how to make your eyes even with makeup if your eyes are somewhat uneven by default.
